Panel guests include YumUniverse's own Heather Crosby, Giselle Wasfie of Remix Acupuncture and Remix Lifestyle, Cat Aldana of Eat Stretch Nap, and Alma Omeralovic of Chill Chicago Meditation. Expect an enlightening discussion on female entrepreneurship in the wellness sphere and self-care in the midst of hustle moderated by Rose Truesdale. The panel will close with a guided meditation for us all to reflect on what we learned.

Then it's time to party! Local lady-makers Rhine Hall, Time Machine Juice, and Sacred Serve plant-based gelato are combining forces for a collaborative boozy cocktail float, included in your ticket price. And a Rhine Hall cash bar will be open all evening long.
