4 dashes Angostura Bitters

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Rhine Hall Pear Brandy

¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice

3 oz Ginger Beer

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Build in highball glass over ice   |   Top with ginger beer   |   Float Angostura bitters   |   Garnish with lime wedge


Cherry Tonic

1½ oz Rhine Hall Cherry Brandy

½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Tonic

Build in highball glass over ice   |   Top with tonic + a splash of Roses Grenadine


Cappie Piña

2 oz Rhine Hall Pineapple Brandy

4 Lime wedges, hand juiced

1 tablespoon Sugar

2 cubes Pineapple

Muddle limes + sugar in tin   |   Shake with brandy + pineapple   |   Dump into glass   |   Garnish with pineapple stalk

Secret Garden

2 oz Rhine Hall La Normande

1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

3 sprigs Sage

Muddle sage + La Normande   |   Add other ingredients   |   Shake, strain, serve over ice


Fernet Daiquiri

1½ oz Rhine Hall Fernet Lola

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz Maple Syrup

Shake with ice   |   Strain into glass
