We teamed up with Sweet Bee catering consultant Jessica Ellington to bring you some amazing pastry pairings to go with flights and cocktails!
Here is a peak of what is in store!
Praliné Cheesecake Brownie – rich, dense chocolate brownie swirled with cheesecake and praline. Pairs well with coffee liqueur and the Dirty Shirley
Salted Butterscotch Budino – creamy butterscotch custard topped with salty vanilla streusel. Pairs well with Oak Aged Apple Brandy and Grappa, Rhine Hall Old Fashioned and Ty’s Doppelganger
Pear Caramel Bonbon – sweet, citrusy pear caramel covered in dark chocolate. Pairs well with Pear Brandy, La Normande, Greg’s Shifty and Secret Garden
Passion Fruit Tart – tart passion fruit curd in a sweet dough crust with torched meringue. Pairs well with Mango Brandy, The Hannah, Say It Three Times and Greg’s Shifty.
