After this winter, we couldn't be more excited to receive cherries for production next week! Cherry Brandy is known throughout Europe as Kirschwasser or Kirsch. We use a tart style of cherry commonly found in Michigan and Wisconsin that are smaller and less sweet than most traditional varietals.
